Mobile Chiller / Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £50,000*
Hours: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week, including 30-minute paid lunch break)
CTR Engineering are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Chiller / Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join a busy and well-established team.
This is a varied mobile role working across commercial and industrial sites, carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a wide range of chiller and rooftop equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding on chillers and rooftop equipment
- Work on compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, control panels, and associated HVAC equipment
- Attend reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance visits
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service on client sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience within HVAC, Chiller, or Industrial Refrigeration
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Candidates from a general refrigeration background will also be considered, although salary may reflect level of experience.
