Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and other public areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health and safety standards
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable but not mandatory
