We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly within a hotel environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates will have an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
