Location: Airdrie
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4:30pm
No weekends

The Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a range of modern plant machinery across customer sites and depots in and around Airdrie. This position offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work with high-quality equipment in a supportive and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and inspections on plant equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Attend customer sites to resolve breakdowns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Engineer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of plant machinery, such as JCB, Hitachi, Thwaites, Kubota, and others.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
