Job Role:
Cutting & kitting materials/components for production, dressing steel to prepare for galvanising or production & meeting the quality requirement of the company’s product. With training provided to attain the full role
Position: Full Time – 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday 07.30am to 16.00pm)

Qualifications and Skills
- Kit components from simple component drawings into production bays.
- Use air & electric grinding tools to prepare steelwork for galvanising
- The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience to operate machines & hand tools for cutting, grinding & drilling.
- Experience in finishing metal products
- Experience of working in a busy production environment
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to understand simple component drawings
- Experience of driving a forklift / side loader an advantage
- Experience of powder coating an advantage
Training will be provided to ensure that the company quality requirements are met
· Forklift & side loader
· Overhead gantry crane
· Powder coating application & oven
Salary/Benefits :
£13.24 p/h rising to £14.48 p/h subject to completing a successful training programme.
After completion of a 3 month probationary period.
Annual leave – First year, 20 days + bank holidays, thereafter 25 days + bank holidays
