The Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll take ownership across a portfolio of consumer-facing applications, working closely with founders, engineers, designers, and external partners. You’ll move fluidly between early-stage concepts and established products, helping turn ideas into shipped software and then driving growth once live.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll use modern AI tools to rapidly test ideas, shape product direction, and accelerate delivery. You’ll be equally comfortable exploring new product opportunities from scratch as you are optimising live products for engagement, retention, and revenue.

Our client is a fast-growing venture studio building a new model for software creation. They combine AI-driven development with modern online distribution to launch and scale consumer products at speed, with a focus on experimentation, learning, and compounding product impact across multiple ventures.
The Lead Product Manager role is hybrid, based in London, with regular collaboration across product, engineering, and creator teams.
What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the Lead Product Manager role will have some of the following:

Strong background shipping consumer B2C digital products, ideally across mobile platforms

Experience launching apps to real users, including work on App Store or TestFlight releases

Practical understanding of subscription models or in-app purchases, including pricing and conversion optimisation

Comfort using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools to validate ideas quickly

Strong ownership mindset, able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and external partners
