About the Role
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a forward-thinking provider, or a skilled Deputy Manager ready to take the next step?
We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Home Manager to lead our established service in Leeds. The home is currently rated 'Good' by Ofsted, and you will play a key role in maintaining these high standards, ensuring safe, effective care and positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, driving service improvement and budget efficiency.
- Care Quality: Ensure safe, high-quality care that supports young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
- Compliance: Collaborate with the Responsible Individual (RI) to maintain full compliance with Ofsted and company standards.
- Safeguarding: Manage all safeguarding concerns strictly in line with best practices and policy.
- Team Development: Recruit, supervise, and motivate a strong, child-focused care team.
What We Need From You
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management AND a Level 3 in Children and Young People.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
