Your new role:
What you'll do:
In your new role you will support the Operations Director by ensuring an up-to-date asset data set across all contracts in the England and Wales region. You will support and lead the contract teams to ensure that existing data is updated, and new data is captured through survey, review and input. You will ensure that all data is maintained and monitored through CAFM, working with managers and commercial colleagues to achieve 100% compliance through accurate asset data collection. Key responsibilities include:

Ensure that all policies, procedures and guidelines are in place, relevant and up to date and meet statutory and regulatory legislation.

Working closely with contract teams, review existing asset registers and maintenance specifications to ensure all relevant data is captured and compliant across all contracts.

Provide regular, detailed reports to the Operations Director and wider management teams.

Liaise with Operational teams and client representative(s) for planning and access to sites.

Oversee the management of asset tagging and verification process for the existing as-built assets.

Audit sites to ensure that assets are legally compliant with statutory requirements.

Audit and review statutory compliance documentation across the region.

Provide guidance and clarifications as necessary to operational teams within areas of expertise.

Production of management information as required covering all areas of responsibility.

Oversee the completion of annual condition surveys and associated reporting to support capital plan.
What you'll need:
To be successful in your application, we are looking for a minimum of HNC/HND qualification or equivalent technical qualifications or experience in an appropriate discipline. Relevant leadership experience will be from a technical role in the built environment, with excellent data management skills. You will also be confident and able to influence working at all levels from site operational level to senior management.
A valid UK Driving Licence is essential, alongside willingness to travel throughout the region (England & Wales).
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
