Job description:
Staffpower Healthcare are recruiting multiple Support Workers to support adults in residential settings, intergraded care, and nursing homes across the Northeast of England.
We aim to offer roles within your geographical areas such as Gateshead, Sunderland, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside, Middlesbrough and Redcar.

The role:
Supporting vulnerable adults with a range of needs including, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, Personal care, Medication and Supporting people out in the communtity.
These duties and responsibilities cannot totally define or encompass all tasks which may be required.
·You will be expected to work and care in a way that helps promote the individual’s independence.
·You will be required to follow a specific care plan for each individual in your care which will demonstrate the needs of the individual, their likes and dislikes of how they want to live their lives.
·You will be in a team of healthcare professionals across the board from other support workers to social workers and medical services.
·You will be supplying the best care to each individual; this must be person centred and promote independence and support achieving the best possible outcomes for the individual.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Adult Support Work (required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (mandatory)
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes (mandatory)
- Valid business-use motor insurance (mandatory)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
