The Company
This premium hospitality group operates a stunning portfolio of venues and immersive experiences in London, ranging from large-scale ballroom spaces for corporate brand activations to intimate, high-tech dining concepts. Known for delivering unique entertainment and high-end hospitality, they are currently seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to take full commercial ownership of their venues. This is a business that prides itself on being hands-on and results-oriented, moving away from traditional brand-focused marketing to focus on genuine revenue growth and partnership building.
The Role
Due to a renewed focus on commercial growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for driving ticket sales, private hire, and corporate group bookings across all brands. You will move beyond digital campaigns to actively build relationships with hotel concierges, event agencies, and corporate clients to ensure high occupancy, particularly during midweek periods. As the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Driving group revenue and private hire for ballroom events and awards dinners

Developing commission-based partnerships with DMCs and luxury lifestyle networks

Leading the internal sales team to improve conversion rates and pipeline management

Managing partnerships for immersive dining concepts to maximise occupancy

Ensuring all marketing activity is strictly aligned with sales and lead generation

Reactivating previous clients and proactively sourcing new B2B opportunities
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a commercially-minded Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in London's hospitality or experiential sales market. You must be someone who is comfortable "picking up the phone" and building face-to-face relationships rather than relying solely on digital campaigns. We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who has an existing network across event agencies and corporate clients. While experience in luxury or premium entertainment-led venues is highly desirable, the most important trait is a proactive, hands-on attitude and a relentless focus on driving revenue.
