We are seeking a Mobile Support Cleaner to deliver cleaning services across multiple sites within the allocated remit, ensuring all operational standards are met in line with client specifications.
The role involves supporting daily cleaning delivery, responding to Sector Manager requests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, proactive and able to work across locations, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while ensuring all procedures, including security and site protocols, are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across assigned sites in line with client specifications
- Respond to Sector Manager requests and support operational requirements as needed
- Complete periodic cleaning tasks to 100% of the agreed schedule
- Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements
- Maintain effective relationships with client representatives and company personnel
- Ensure familiarity with opening and lockup procedures across all assigned contracts
- Support onboarding of new employees through site familiarisation and training on cleaning regimes and procedures
- Maintain stock levels of materials and consumables, ensuring storerooms are organised and reporting any shortages

- Experience in comparable role
- Ability to communicate effectively with and support front-line colleagues
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage client expectations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including working with remote teams
- Flexible, adaptable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage priorities and projects effectively
- Attention to detail and a responsible, ownership-driven attitude
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel (company van provided)
