Job Overview:
Modern Edge are looking for a FLT Side loader driver for a busy expanding client in the Brierley Hill.
Hours are - 6am till 3pm Monday to Friday
Temporary to Permanent
£13.63 per hour
Main responsibilities
Feed material to production lines in order of priority.
Remove finished goods from production on demand.
Load & unload vehicles.
Carry out daily pre-shift checks whilst maintaining a log & feedback any issues.
Put Safety 1st & report any concerns or issues.
Ensure all packs are stacked neatly & safely.
Communicate effectively with production to ensure continuous flow of pack movements.
Stock Control.
Operate bander to aid packaging process.
To keep area clean & tidy.
Empty mini skips as & when required.
Any other duties as & when required to aid with production.
Qualifications & experience
Must hold a valid Side loader Licence & possess a full Driving Licence.
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a production / warehouse environment.
Ability to work on own initiative & follow instructions with good communication skills.
A positive “Can Do” attitude to work whilst adhering to safety policies.
Experience with Stock Control would be an advantage.
