We are looking for experienced and passionate Aestheticians/Beauty Therapists to join our team in Womankind Clinic with rotational weekends off.
Womankind Clinicis an award winning beauty salon located in the vibrant trendy area of Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
Established in 2006, the business has grown to be one of Edinburgh’s finest beauty centres. The innovative team have big plans to grow and expand their offerings. This is an exciting time to be joining the team with lots of potential and exciting opportunities.
Experienced Beauty professionals who are passionate about skin and would like to focus on advanced techniques would be ideal to apply for this role.
We would ideally like the right candidate to start soon and are looking for full time staff Tuesday- Saturday fixed shifts (38 hours a week) rotational Saturdays off.

Excellent organisational and self-management skills are highly desirable for this role.
Full Training will be provided on our systems, treatments and products, a minimum of level three Beauty Training is essential or equivalent in area of expertise.
Experience Working in a busy salon environment or retail is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs.
- Perform beauty treatments, including massage, nails, facials, waxing, and eye treatments, with precision.
- Carry out consultation and assess suitability for services. Provide informed Consent and aftercare and be accountable for client safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored services and keep records up to date in line with GDPR.
- (desirable but not essential) Apply makeup as requested, ensuring clients feel confident and satisfied with their appearance.
- Train on product houses to promote and sell products and services.
- Use photography and videos to assist in marketing efforts.
