Admin roles consist of the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients
- Setting up files
- Carrying out Necessary initial checks
- Providing updates to clients and third parties
- Dealing with all clients and visitors in a professional manner both internal and external
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Ensuring strong service delivery for clients and work providers through pro-active assistance
- Drafting contract packs and dealing with enquiries on a sale
Required skills and experience
- Ideally you’ll have conveyancing experience already
- Excellent customer service skills
- A demonstrable understanding of case management systems and an awareness of quality procedures
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Great accuracy and attention to detail
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary - TBC per annum with a monthly discretionary bonus available.
