Job Overview
Our Kingswinford based client is seeking dedicated and reliable General Operatives to join their team on a night shift. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the factory, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of their operations. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. This position pays £12.86 P/H on nights. Full training will be given.
Duties
- Operate a nail gun
- Spraying Adhesive
- Operate machinery
- Quality inspection and packing
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective teamwork.
- Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items as required.
- Some heavy lifting involved
- Temp to Perm after a successful trial period
- Permanent night shift
- 10pm-6am
- Training on days - 6am-2pm It is essential you can train for up to 4 weeks on days to then work night shifts permanently.
- £12.71ph training on days
- £14.08ph once on the night shift
