Role: HGV C+E Driver – 5 on 3 off Rota

Hours: 5 on 3 off rota, typical start times 05:00–06:00 -07:00
Pay: £15–£21.75 per hour
Job Description:
Juice Personnel Recruitment Agency is seeking experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for a temp-to-perm role with a prestigious transport company in Castleford. This position operates on a 5 on 3 off rota and offers a stable, rewarding opportunity with immediate starts. 12 weeks on agency and then transfer over to our client on permanent contract after 12th week.

The Role:
- Undertake nationwide deliveries and collections, averaging 2–4 per shift
- Operate curtain sider vehicles safely and efficiently
- Handle client stock movements, including cans/bottle movements for soft drinks/flat pack furniture and glass load deliveries
- Maintain high standards of service, reliability, and punctuality
- Work approximately 12 hours per day a verage (hours may vary) each day.
Pay Rates:
- Monday–Friday: £15 per hour for first 9 hours, £16.40 per hour after 9 hours
- Saturday: £18.50 per hour
- Sunday: £21.75 per hour
The Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience holding a Class 1 licence
- Maximum of 6 points on licence; no major endorsements
- Valid Driving Licence, Driver CPC, and Category CE licence required
- Reliable, committed, and able to pass a driving assessment and induction
