The Opportunity
We’re offering an exciting 3-month internship for a motivated and ambitious graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and CRM systems. This isn’t a “shadowing only” role—you’ll play a key part in a real, business-critical project.
You’ll help us implement and optimise HubSpot, supporting the development of a first-class sales pipeline and digital marketing capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and configuration of HubSpot CRM
- Help design and build pipelines to improve sales tracking and reporting
- Support the creation of workflows, automations, and dashboards
- Contribute to digital marketing activities, including campaigns and content
- Help organise and manage customer data for improved engagement
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales processes and customer journeys
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve performance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate (or soon-to-graduate) in business, marketing, or a related field
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business growth
- Confident working with data, systems, and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Any experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a bonus—but not essential
