Position Details:
- Frequency: 1 hour, biweekly (once every two weeks).
- Punctuality: Absolute strict punctuality is a mandatory requirement.
- Remuneration: Paid via same-day Bank Transfer upon successful shift completion.
Scope of Work:
- External Areas: Monitor and clean the perimeter of the building, ensuring the grounds are kept pristine and entirely free of litter.
- Refuse & Bin Area: Collect loose waste and ensure rubbish is correctly sorted into the appropriate commercial bins. (Note: No specialized equipment is required for this area, just a proactive attitude toward keeping it tidy).
Key Requirements:
- Punctuality: You must arrive precisely on time for every scheduled shift.
- Site Accountability: You are required to sign the physical log sheet located on the wall at the conclusion of every shift.
- Evidence of Completion: Clear "Before and After" photographs of the bin store and the external building lot must be submitted immediately upon completion of the work.
