JB Contracts are currently looking for a Maintenance operative to work on housing association contract in and around the Sunderland area.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Basic Joinery Experience (1st and 2nd Fix)
- Basic Pluming experience (ideally a L2)
-You must be happy and able to complete a variety of maintenance works on housing
You must have your own tools and have a valid UK driving license, references are also essential.
