Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Executive Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage printing, filing, and scanning of documents
- Handle incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
- Provide support to operations team and registered managers
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and document management
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administrative or operations support experience
- Basic knowledge of care environments (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable
- NVQ/Diploma in health and social care
- Supporting individuals with Learning disabilities and Autism

Pay - £25,000 pro rata - 30 hours per week
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
