We are a professional outfit, but we don't do boring. We’re looking for a Sales Legend to join the crew. If you can talk the hind legs off a donkey (and then sell that donkey a 2024 plate Transit with air con), we want you.
The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)
Forget the fluff. Your day-to-day looks like this:
- Be a Digital Ninja: Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. If you can’t use emojis appropriately, we might struggle.
- The Matchmaker: Helping customers find the perfect van for their business.
- The Paperwork (The Easy Bit): Handling finance applications and warranties.
- The Hustle: This is a normal sales role, but with a better vibe and much better earning potential.
The "Must-Haves"
- A Personality: We want human beings, not robots.
- The Gift of the Gab: You need to be able to build rapport faster than a kitted-out van off a red light.
- A Driving License: This is a big one. You’d be surprised, but being a "Van Salesperson" without a driving license is a bit like being a lifeguard who’s afraid of water. It just doesn't work. If you don't have one, please don't apply—unless you're planning on pushing the vans to the customers' houses.

We like to keep things simple. No hidden math, no "corporate" tiers. Here is exactly how you get paid every month:

THE BIG BONUS: Hit 40 vans and we’ll slap an extra £750 bonus on top. Total for 40 vans = £4,500 per month.
THE CHERRY ON TOP:
- Finance: £40 extra in your pocket for every deal with finance.
- Warranty: £40 extra in your pocket for every deal with a warranty.
THE MATH: If you hit your targets and move those extras, you could easily be looking at £5,300 in your pocket each month. Don't be lazy—that’s a lot of tinnies for the weekend, or enough to buy something actually nice for "The Boss" (your partner) so they stop complaining about your long lunch breaks.
