Property Manager | Stratford, E15 | Full-Time | Permanent

Victor Michael is searching for a Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team in Stratford. With full training provided, you’ will quickly learn our systems, procedures, and service standards—setting you up for success!
This is more than just a role—it is an opportunity to grow within a respected agency and, once trained, manage a portfolio of 100–170 properties with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of 100–170 properties
- Handling compliance checks: GSI, ESI, PAT, EPC
- Applying for Private Rented Property Licences (PRPL) across various boroughs
- Organising and conducting management inspections
- Negotiating deposit returns between landlords and tenants (including coordinating repairs and cleaning)
- Liaising with utility companies for property availability
- Coordinating estimates and repairs with contractors
- Managing tenancy renewals and contracts
- Preparing tenancy agreements and legal notices (Section 8 & 13)
- Collecting documentation from landlords and tenants
- Processing tenant referencing with Home Let

Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, plus one Saturday a month 9:00am–2:00pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year. (Depending on experience)
Please note that the salary will be subject to review upon successful completion of the three-month training period.
Location: The ideal candidate must be based in East London.
