Are you a dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a role where your passion and commitment make a genuine difference? We’re working with welcoming and well-resourced schools in Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, and Rochford, who are looking for teachers with QTS and at least one year of classroom experience to inspire and engage their pupils.
Whether your strengths lie in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, we want to hear from teachers who bring energy, creativity, and high expectations to their practice.
What We’re Looking For
You will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching in a UK primary setting
- Be confident teaching across the primary curriculum
- Be committed to the progress and wellbeing of every child
- Bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a reflective approach to teaching
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential
Pay and Opportunities
Pay starts at £190 per day, with higher rates available depending on experience and school. Our goal is to ensure that your pay fairly reflects your skills and contribution.
