We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a contested probate solicitor to join its contentious probate team in Blackburn / Hybrid. Ideally suited to candidates with 3–5 PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take on quality work, develop strong client relationships and progress within a supportive, commercially minded environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in inheritance claims, will challenges, executor and beneficiary disputes, tolata, pleadings, witness statements and advocacy. You will be expected to manage matters proactively, deliver high standards of client care and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice.
