Centre Manager
Location – Bushey
Salary – £38,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to join a busy automotive service centre in Bushey. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader with a strong technical background who can drive sales performance, lead a successful team, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation.

Centre Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the workshop and front-of-house team, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Manage the daily operations of the centre, maintaining exceptional customer service and operational standards
- Drive automotive sales and maximise customer conversion opportunities through effective enquiry management and follow-up
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, and same-day processing of deliveries
- Ensure the security of the branch, its assets, customer information, and takings
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures and ensure workshop equipment is serviced and maintained
- Monitor business performance, manage multiple priorities, and implement improvements to drive profitability
- Support and develop team members through coaching and ongoing training
Centre Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the automotive industry
- Proven track record of delivering results in a sales-focused environment
- Strong technical or mechanical understanding of light vehicle operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy operation while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Good understanding of stock control, compliance, and Health & Safety requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
