DUTY MANAGER REQUIRED – THE OLD SHEPHERD PUB, COVENTRY.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team at The Old Shepherd.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the premises
Managing staff and daily operations
Delivering excellent customer service
Handling cash and stock procedures
Ensuring licensing and health & safety standards are maintained
Resolving customer queries professionally
Supporting the management team in the smooth running of the business Requirements:
✔ Previous bar or pub management experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to work evenings, weekends and busy event days
✔ Personal Licence desirable but not essential
✔ A positive attitude and strong work ethic
