Winkworth Clapham is looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Viewings Assistant to join our team immediately.
This role would suit a university student, someone looking for weekend work, or a local parent wanting a regular Saturday position. You'll be representing one of London's best known estate agency brands, accompanying buyers and tenants on property viewings across Clapham and Battersea.
Important
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must live in Clapham, Battersea or the immediate surrounding area. Unfortunately, applicants living too far away will not be considered, as the position requires excellent local knowledge and the ability to respond quickly to appointments.
The Role
- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Welcome clients in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
- Answer basic questions about the property and local area.
- Provide viewing feedback to the office after each appointment.
- Ensure properties are presented well before viewings.
- Report any maintenance or presentation issues.
- Occasionally assist with key collections and handovers.
About You
- Friendly, enthusiastic and professional.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Confident working independently.
- Strong local knowledge of Clapham and Battersea.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is an advantage but not essential. Mileage will be paid where applicable.
