Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Installations Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of equipment installations and ensuring every installation is delivered smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, is a strong communicator, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The candidate would need to assist the team effort by completing the following tasks:
Installation Coordination & Project Management
- Manage the onboarding of all installations from order handover through to successful completion.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, engineers and internal departments for all installation-related matters.
- Coordinate installation projects nationwide, ensuring deadlines and installation targets are met.
- Liaise with clients and their contractors to confirm site readiness prior to installation, minimising aborted or failed installs.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and PDI teams to ensure machines are prepared and scheduled correctly.
Operational Excellence
- Carry out pre- and post-installation debriefs with engineers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure all installation documentation and internal systems are accurately updated.
- Maintain oversight of equipment stock levels to support installation demand.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep installations on track.
Communication & Collaboration
- Be proactive in maintaining clear, professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding installation progress and scheduling.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation processes and customer experience.

Skills, Experience & Attributes:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- At least 12 months’ experience working in a deadline-driven or project-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Experience using CRM or scheduling systems (desirable).
- A positive attitude, high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- A professional appearance and commitment to upholding company values.
