Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team with minimum of 6 month experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a genuine interest in culinary arts and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
- Manage food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of meals
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
