Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Client Success & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Although this role accommodates remote working, the ideal candidate must be close to our service area of Bradford, Keighley and Ilkley.
The individual will support the growth of our cleaning and home services business. Your impact will be measured by the expansion of our client base, execution of daily operations, and excellent client experiences – a role that is central to the business’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Enquiries and Marketing
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, website enquiries, messages, and emails.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes using the company pricing matrix.
- Follow up on unconverted quotes and re-engage previous enquiries.
- Handle client questions and objections professionally.
- Support marketing initiatives through social media to generate new client leads.
Job Allocation & Coordination
- Assign jobs to suitable professionals via our CRM.
- Confirm availability and send job details promptly.
- Update CRM and internal systems to track jobs, client interactions and client payments.
- Manage staff absences, reallocating or rescheduling jobs as required.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle reschedules, cancellations, and basic client issues professionally.
- Communicate with management regarding refunds, staff departures, or escalations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and self-employed cleaners.
Performance Focus
- Contribute directly to the growth of the business by converting enquiries into clients.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (via phone, email, WhatsApp).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in client-facing roles, sales, or operations management preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM software and scheduling systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic social media skills (e.g., Facebook) to support marketing initiatives.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
