Dance Instructor (Part-Time, Paid Role with Leadership Pathway)

About Us
We are building a vibrant, inclusive dance movement across the UK, with multiple established locations and a strong track record of developing young people through dance.
Our mission is simple: to help children and young people grow in confidence, fitness, leadership, and self-belief through high-energy street dance.
We already have a school in North Worcester but due to demand are now expanding across Worcester and are looking for a passionate, driven and positive Dance Instructor to lead and grow our newest schools.
The Opportunity
This is a paid role with a clear progression pathway into leadership and potential business ownership.
You won’t just be taking classes — you’ll be building and leading your own dance community, with full training, mentorship, and operational support from an established national organisation.
For the right person, this role can develop into a Regional Leader or Business Partner position, with the opportunity to grow and eventually take ownership of locations you develop.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, high-energy street dance classes for ages 3–15
- Choreograph routines for showcases, performances, and competitions
- Inspire, motivate, and develop young dancers in confidence and ability
- Support and manage junior instructors and student leaders as the school grows
- Oversee day-to-day running of your classes (full training provided)
- Help recruit and develop new instructors as part of your growing team
- Promote your classes locally through social media, events, and partnerships
- Maintain MF Dance standards, values, and student experience
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about street, commercial, or hip-hop dance
- Confident, energetic, and a natural leader
- Positive, proactive, and highly organised
- Experienced in teaching or assisting dance classes
- Comfortable managing people or leading groups (desirable)
- Ambitious and open to personal and professional growth
- Based in or near Evesham or surrounding areas
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
Requirements
- Experience in street dance or performing arts (teaching or assisting)
- DBS check (can be arranged if needed)
- First Aid qualification (training provided if required)
- Availability for weekday evenings (Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling)
- Willingness to develop both creatively and commercially within the role
Pay & Benefits
- £20 – £40 per hour (based on experience)
