Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations on weekends. This is a flexible, zero-hours role ideal for individuals looking for part-time or occasional work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise examination sessions to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Verify candidate identities and check necessary documentation before exams commence
- Distribute exam papers and materials accurately and securely
- Monitor exam environments to prevent misconduct or malpractice
- Assist with candidate registration, seating arrangements, and logistical setup
- Manage exam-related records, including attendance logs and incident reports
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies during exams, escalating as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain vigilant for extended periods
- Previous invigilation or education experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
Availability
- This is a mix of Saturday's and Sunday's.
Security Requirements
Please note that the security clearance required in this role requires candidates to
- Hold a current UK, EU or Commonwealth passport with Indefinite Leave to Remain (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS checks will be carried out
