Health Care Assistant
Staffright are currently recruiting for our prestigious clients based in Dereham who work with elderly clients who may have dementia. We can offer a basic starting salary of £14.25 an hour, inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly!
We are seeking candidates who have the compassion and empathy to work with our clients, providing the very highest standard of care. For the right candidates there is a choice between full time and part time hours, worked flexibly around your availability. Both night and day shifts are available.
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least 6 months paid experience as a carer for the elderly
· An understanding of dementia
· An ability to provide excellent levels of care
· A work ethic that promotes choice, dignity and respect in all aspects of your work
· The ability to adhere to care plans and passing on relevant information to senior staff
· Good communication and record keeping abilities.
