The Role
As a Junior Employment Lawyer, you will work across a broad range of employment law matters, including:
- Advising senior executives and employers on workplace disputes
- Assisting with litigation, settlement negotiations, and advisory work
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and case strategy materials
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
- Developing strong client relationships with high-profile individuals
- Contributing to team discussions and wider firm initiatives
- Gaining exposure to a wide variety of employment law issues across sectors

- Qualified solicitor with 1+ PQE in employment law
- Strong academic background with excellent written and analytical skills
