Experience in brain injury and complex care is desirable in supporting a gentleman who sustained multiple complex injuries following a road traffic collision.
About our client:
“My son loved the outdoors and countryside before his accident. I would like people around him who are happy to get stuck in, wear wellies, and be part of this important next stage in his recovery.
If you feel you are that person and are happy to work as part of a team alongside his family—including my grandson, who is keen to be involved in his dad’s recovery—we would love to hear from you.”
If you are creative, enjoy the outdoors, and have a love for animals, you would be well-suited to support our client in accessing the community and engaging in meaningful activities that promote his rehabilitation. Owning wellies is essential.
Our client is currently in a low awareness state and is physically, functionally, and cognitively dependent on others for all aspects of care. However, he engages well with his family, friends, and care team.
His rehabilitation is supported by a multidisciplinary team including a Neuro Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Music Therapist, and Speech and Language Therapist, who provide ongoing guidance and training.

- Working collaboratively with the client’s parents, maintaining clear communication
- Delivering and maintaining high standards of personal care.
- Assisting with managing staff rotas.
- Working alongside the Team Leader to mentor and support staff in line with their roles and responsibilities.
- Taking a lead in arranging organising client activities.
