We are looking for LIVE IN CARERS to join our expanding team supporting clients in Solihull, West Midlands.
Our clients need to be treated with dignity and respect and need help in lots of different ways and as a live in carer you will:
- Provide an excellent service of care to clients.
- Provide domiciliary care such as shopping, meal preparation.
- Provide health care.
- Provide personal care
- Help with domestic tasks, keep on top of things at home.
- Maintain a concise and timely record of clients care.
- Providing companionship and encouraging independence
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
What qualities do I need for this role?
- Caring, compassionate and well presented
- Previous experience in home care or care home settings is preferred
- Looking for a rewarding job
- Has flexibility to work the hours needed to provide support to our clients
- Is a team player who can represent our values
- Genuinely wants to make a difference
- Ability to drive clients to appointments and outing. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in English language
- Be able to work two weeks on and two weeks off
- Live in the West Midlands area
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
