The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join our team full time. You’ll handle day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance across multiple properties, ensuring work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrics and repairs
- Planned and preventative maintenance checks
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing clear job updates, including before/after photos
- Completing work right first time to reduce repeat visits
- Representing condokeeper professionally with guests
- Taking care of tools, equipment and materials
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-trade or property maintenance
- Experience in residential properties (student accommodation an advantage)
- UK driving licence preferred
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable, self-motivated and well organised
- Ability to provide references
- Successful candidates must pass a satisfactory DBS check
