We are looking for a Community Care Assistant to join our small close knit friendly team. The individual will be employed to cover either Early shifts 7.30am-2.30pm or late's 3pm-9pm at Weekends and Weekday evenings 3.30pm-9pm. Set shift contracts (22 hour contract with set shifts and days of work)
Active Homecare is a nurse led family run business focusing on patient centred care. The successful applicant will see set clients in order to build rapport and trust to enable high quality care. We pride ourselves on having a low turn over of staff.
The Role will include:
1.visiting clients within their own home to support them to remain independent
2.completing personal care, medication administration and household tasks.
3.Taking clients out
4.working within a close knit team
5.ensuring personalised high quality care is provided to all clients

If you have had experience in working in the care sector, that's great but we also like to speak to people who just feel that caring is in their nature and feel they would make a great Community Care Assistant.
There will be a induction course to introduce, educate and support you throughout this process to kickstart a long successful career in healthcare.
We cover the Dunstable area and surrounding villages, it is essential you drive and have access to your own car.
We do like to interview face to face using all appropriate precautions and following guidelines as due to the nature of the job we feel this is a critical part of ensuring we hire the correct candidate.
