Server / Front of House Team Member

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Server to join our Front of House team at Café Begum. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience by delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and ensuring guests are well looked after throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and allergens
- Process payments and operate the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house team members
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
