We are currently seeking Post-Build Cleaners for a construction project based in Burgess Hill. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out thorough cleaning of newly built properties to prepare them for handover. This includes removing dust, debris, and construction residue to ensure sites are spotless and ready for inspection or occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Full internal post-construction cleaning
- Removal of dust, plaster, paint splashes, and debris
- Cleaning windows, frames, skirting boards, doors, and fixtures
- Vacuuming, mopping, and polishing all surfaces
- Ensuring site is presented to a high standard for handover
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in post-build or construction cleaning preferred (not essential)
- Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
