This specialist provision caters to secondary aged children with a diverse range of SEMH needs, requiring a compassionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant.
The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
You will support pupils through 1:1 mentoring, small-group interventions, and classroom support, helping them regulate behaviour, engage with learning, and develop confidence.
A key part of the role involves building trust, maintaining consistency, and acting as a positive role model.

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of experienced SEN professionals to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of complex needs.
