Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our client’s rentals are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable, along with skills in cooking and customer service.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies to ensure readiness for new guests
- Restock essential amenities such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen supplies
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance issues or damages needing attention
- Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are swept and mopped, and appliances are cleaned and functioning properly
- Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels
- Communicate effectively with guests if required and respond promptly to any special requests or concerns
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to manage multiple properties efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
