Secret Ninja Wedding Fairy (Trainee Wedding Co‑ordinator)
A job like no other…
Thief Hall is unique and so are the people who make the magic happen. Our Secret Ninja Wedding Fairies work quietly, cleverly and compassionately behind the scenes to deliver unforgettable wedding days for our couples. No other job prepares you for this, which is why we don’t ask for experience only the right attitude, heart and work ethic.
If you recognise yourself in the attributes below, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What makes a Secret Ninja Wedding Fairy?
- Flexibility - some weeks are long and full-on, others are quieter. You’ll lead some weddings and assist on others.
- Commitment - you’ll give each couple the time they need in the run‑up to their day, including last‑minute panics.
- Emotional intelligence - weddings are a roller coaster; you’ll bring calm, care and empathy.
- Cinderella energy - with accommodation for 60 guests, you’ll help prepare rooms and add the special touches we’re known for.
- A “yes, of course!” attitude - whether it’s a blister plaster or butterfly milk in a guest’s tea.
- Confidence - on TikTok, on camera, or on a microphone in front of 150 guests.
- Obsessive attention to detail - you’ll spot the things others miss.
- Team spirit - you help your fellow fairies without being asked.
- Initiative - you notice empty glasses, chilly grandmas and potential problems before they happen.
- No ego - you’ll move furniture, clean toilets or walk the couple’s dog if that’s what the day needs.
- Chameleon skills - you’ll dress as a guest so you blend into wedding photos.
- Situational awareness - constantly scanning the room and anticipating what’s next.
- Trustworthiness above all - our couples trust us with the most important day of their lives. We must trust you too.
If you can tick these boxes - and you’re happy working until 2am on a Sunday morning before returning at 10am to strip beds, we want to hear from you.
Please note: only applicants who complete all pre‑screening questions will be shortlisted for interview.
We’ll be holding short, in‑person interviews at Thief Hall on Thursday 9th July 2026. If you shine at this first stage, you’ll be invited back for a paid trial so you can experience the role and we can see you in action.
