About the role
Are you ready to lead a busy hospital catering operation and ensure food production runs safely and efficiently to the highest standards?
As Production Manager at Nobles Hospital, you will oversee the day to day operation of the Central Production Unit within a cook chill environment, managing production schedules and ensuring meals are prepared safely and to a high standard. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy production environment where your leadership and organisation directly support patient services. Your experience in large scale food production, compliance and team management will help drive standards, improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.
