As Administrative Assistant, you will;
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health and Safety department.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments effectively.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist in organising events and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle general enquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role within a professional setting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. Microsoft Office is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
