About the Role:
You'll provide person-centred support to a small number of individuals within supported living environments, typically supporting between one and four people at a time.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Administering and monitoring medication
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Supporting shopping, appointments, and community access
- Preparing meals and promoting healthy living
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately

Working Pattern:
This role offers a mixture of shifts and requires flexibility.
Applicants must be willing and able to work:
- Day shifts (typically 9:00am – 9:00pm)
- A minimum of three sleep-in shifts per week
- Occasional waking night shifts where required
Sleep-in shifts involve staying overnight within the service and sleeping on-site whilst remaining available should support be required.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience working within adult social care
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
- Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Professional, compassionate, and reliable approach
- Flexibility to work sleep-ins and occasional waking nights
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering care with dignity, respect, and compassion
