We’re launching a new business line, New Relationships, expanding amicable’s work beyond separation to support people at more stages of their relationships. Products we are exploring include cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and living together planning sessions, alongside other services that help couples plan their relationships more thoughtfully.
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who loves experimenting, learning fast and enjoys taking new products to market. Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with our Product Lead, you'll play a central role in bringing the new business line to market.
You’ll create compelling content across the customer journey, build and optimise lifecycle flows, run structured experiments, and support our Senior Performance & Growth Marketing Manager on paid acquisition activity. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys blending creativity, data, experimentation and cross‑functional collaboration.
This is a hybrid role based in our Holborn office, working at least 1 day per week in the office.

Paid Growth

Support our Senior Performance & Growth Marketing Manager run and optimise Google Ads, Meta and paid social campaigns

Test audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages

Run structured tests across channels and funnel steps

Track performance (conversion, CAC, LTV) and prioritise high‑impact opportunities
AI‑Enabled Marketing

Proven experience using AI tools to speed up content creation, research and analysis

Bring new AI‑driven approaches into our marketing workflow

Strong writing skills and proven experience creating content such as landing pages, social media posts, blogs or guides

Comfortable producing short‑form video

Experience building email flows (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar)

Data‑driven and commercially minded — you care about CAC, LTV and conversion

Comfortable in small teams where you wear multiple hats. Experience in a small company or start-up, often as a team of one or two would be desirable

Experience running Google + Meta campaigns
