Care Connect Agent ( Dental Receptionist)
Location: Coulsdon -Quality Dental Group (Part of the Care Connect Team)
Hours: Full-time, 8-9 hours per day ( Monday-Friday, occasional weekends)

As our team continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring Dental Receptionist to join our Care Connect Team as a Care Connect Agent, based at our Coulsdon site.
Our Care Connect Team provides centralised administrative, reception, and lead management support to all our practices, ensuring patients receive the highest level of service and vary from their very first contact with us.

About the role
As a Care Connect Agent, you will be based full-time at our Coulsdon site, working as part of our centralised Care Connect Team that supports Quality Dental Group practices.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling reception and administrative duties for multiple practices
- Managing new patient leads, responding promptly, following up, and converting enquiries into appointments.
- Providing in-person reception cover at the Coulsdon practice during annual leave and sickness.
- Delivering excellent communication and service to both patients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Manage calls, appointment bookings, and patient enquiries across all practices
- Accurately process and follow up on new patient leads to maximise conversions.
- Ensure records are maintained in line with GDC guidelines and company policies
- Liaise effectively with practice managers, clinicians, and the Care Connect management team.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall practice success.
We are looking for
- Dental receptionexperience preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or admin role
- Strong IT skills and confidence using software packages and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and lead management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when required

Work location
This role is based at our Coulsdon site. You will be part of the Care Connect Team, providing remote administration, lead management and reception support to all Quality Dental Group practices, while also assisting with front desk cover at Coulsdon as required.
