Northbound Projects is a busy and growing construction and refurbishment company based in Glasgow. We're looking for a hard-working, reliable Labourer to join the team on a permanent employed basis and be the backbone of our sites.
What the role involves:
- Strip outs and ripping properties out cleanly and efficiently
- Collecting and dropping off materials as and when the team needs them
- Keeping sites tidy throughout the job -- not just at the end
- Filling and managing skips
- Supporting tradespeople on site with whatever needs doing
- When things are quieter, stepping in to assist our joiners and plumbers -- so trade experience or background is a real bonus
What we're looking for:
- Someone with a serious work ethic -- this role is physical and fast-paced
- High standards are a must -- we don't cut corners and we don't want people who do
- Good time management -- you'll be moving between sites and tasks and need to stay on top of it
- A willingness to learn and grow -- this isn't a dead-end role, we invest in our people
- Some experience in joinery or plumbing is a strong advantage
- Full UK driving licence -- essential
- Lives in or around North Lanarkshire
