Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales & Site Visit Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, conducting site visits, and supporting sales initiatives through effective communication and negotiation. Duties
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess client requirements and gather relevant data for proposals
- Engage with potential and existing clients during site visits, providing professional advice and information about our products/services
- Identify sales opportunities through effective negotiation and relationship-building
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customised solutions based on survey findings
- Maintain organised records of site visits, client interactions, and survey data using IT tools
- Drive to various client locations in a timely manner, ensuring punctuality and professionalism
- Follow up with clients post-visit to address questions, gather feedback, and support the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles, preferably within a technical or industrial sector
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently between sites
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems for data management and reporting purposes
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Good time management skills to ensure punctuality and maximise daily productivity
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus
